Little Pixies in Pyjamas in the Rain
27th July 2017
Where has the summer weather gone? I am not enjoying these cold spells that have got me thinking about a pyjama blog post. I have a fab new pair of Ancient Greek sandals to wear and no sunshine to accompany them.
I had all the summer holidays planned out based on warm weather. But here I am writing a blog post about Pyjamas in my kitchen with the rain falling down above me.
We have just returned from a week in the South West. We kicked the holiday off with a ‘glamping’ trip, which the kids were so excited about. However, the rain was not kind to us whilst we were under canvas. You can see from the cute shots below that this didn’t dampen the kids excitement and love of the farm. There will be more on that trip to come.
Pixie Dixie love
I came across Pixie Dixie a fab British pyjama brand a few months back. The ranges are available for little kids all the way up to teenagers. The quality is fantastic and I love the way they feel even after a handful of washes. I instantly knew the mini pirates would love them. The soldier design has gone down so well they are in a backpack (as I type) ready to go on a sleepover later on!
Soldiers and buses are not all you will find at Pixie Dixie. There are also designs with swans, taxis, crowns and rabbits.
One style that has really caught my eye is the paint your own pyjamas. You get to choose up to 4 paints to come with the pyjamas. The sizes range from 1 – 12 years old and cost £29.99. These are a great gift option for budding ‘creatives’.
There are two styles in the main Pixie Dixie pyjama range. The traditional style, which is buttoned down and collared priced at £32.99 and the crew neck style as seen in the pictures. These cost £29.99.
I am so excited to tell you that Charlie and the Pirates readers get a 15% discount on orders before the 8th September. All you have to do is use the code SUMMER17. Happy pyjama shopping readers!
NB. We were given this pair of pyjamas but only after I shamelessly approached Pixie Dixie as I knew this pair would be well loved!
